Konepörssi is the most well-known and respected professional journal in its field

In spring 2007 and 2008, Taloustutkimus Oy published its studies ‘Maarakennus 2007’ (Earthwork 2007) and ‘Tieliikenteen tavarakuljetukset 2008’ (Road traffic goods transport 2008).

According to both surveys, Konepörssi is the most read and respected journal in the earthworks and transportation fields. In the lorry business, the overall recognisability of Konepörssi is 83%. In the earthwork field, the percentage is as high as 94%. Both studies gave Konepörssi a rating of above 8 out of 10 for its appreciation – the highest achieved by any of the journals assessed.

The readers say that Konepörssi aids them in making purchasing decisions and that the advertisements are highly interesting. In addition, the articles and layout are considered to be of high quality.

The ‘Tieliikenteen tavarakuljetukset 2008’ survey included 22 professional journals. Konepörssi was the only journal to receive an overall recognisability rating above 80%. Participants were randomly selected from the member list of Finnish Transport and Logistics (SKAL).

In the ‘Maarakennus 2007’ survey, which included seven professional journals, Konepörssi was the only one with overall recognisability of above 90% and a recognisability of over 80%, as evaluated on the basis of regular reading. The target group of the survey consisted of the members of Infra ry and the Trade Association of Finnish Forestry and Earth Moving Contractors.
